 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for ANY reason.

FALSE CHARGEBACKS ARE NOT TOLERATED! YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM PURCHASING FROM US IN THE FUTURE, REPORTED TO BUYER BEWARE GROUPS, AND SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL CHARGES.

 

Each silicone mold listing has ANY AND ALL DETAILS in it’s description. Therefore, it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm what product they are choosing before purchasing.

• We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges due to any superficial issues. (SEE BELOW)

• We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges due to ordering incorrect product(s).

• We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges based on dissatisfaction of size.

• We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges on USED molds.

• All molds are handmade & hand poured therefore We CAN NOT PROMISE perfection. As stated in our disclaimer in the description of all of our products small inoerfections may occur but not limited to: 3-D Print lines, Microscopic Bubbles, Small Overflows, Microscopic debris, Tears, Incomplete lines, Bead Seepage with Insert molds, Dimples, Uneven surfaces, Stray Glitter, etc. 

• If there is a large defect that we missed that deems your freshie completely "unsellable", please contact us immediately with a picture. We do everything possible to make it right. If found to be a "LARGE" defect, We will send a return label, and once product is received on our end we will send you a refund/replacement.
